Hi, I am not sure about how to use this tag. I think the purpose is to gain link popularity and traffic. If so, I think we can use a better method in which 10 persons can generate about 100 to 1000 links in a short period. It is simple. We just list our URLs from 1 to 10, and any person using the system can remove 1 or more URLs from the top or bottom and publish it and tag us.
Though I have not used this, I have seen it in many sites.
Yet another thing that can serve us better is to write comments in each others blogs. It helps both. We can also review each others site/blog on exchange basis and post, like people write about others sites for money.
