
Five ripe papaya that i harvested earlier this morning from our papaya tree and we have eat some of it at lunch and for the some left I am thinking maybe i can make something refreshing tomorrow. Well i really love this fruit now as it has good fiber that cleans the stomach and helps to regularize bowel movement. When i was young i didn't really like the taste and the smell but as i grown up and known the benefits of this on our body i have learned to appreciate it. Anyways, i really like papaya when it's chill and with milk like smoothies or shake. Perhaps that would be the refreshment that i will going to make tomorrow.
