It's back to school for students here again and the first day of school is just started 3 days ago but still up to this time some parents are still catching up for last minute shopping at the mall to avail for discounts and low prices. Mostly shopping malls have discount sale during before and after school days starts which parents really take advantage of because it cost them less expense . They will be able to save some of their money and use it with other expenses at home.
As of this time I observed that aside from school materials that student needs they need also some new pair of school shoes, socks and school bags that they will use for the whole year round and that's also one thing that parents bought their kids and for some that can't afford to buy they just re-used the old pair of shoes that they have last year. While for college students , they mostly take advantage of the discounts sale for dress shoes and formal slacks for mens to use as one of their uniform. Well it's no wonder why parents needs to be frugal this time as we all know that this time is so hard because of recent increase of oil price and rice as well.
